A few things I’d check first
For wall art, the uploader accepts JPG, TIFF and HEIC. Use the purchased image and check the current file-size limit. Automated quality checks do not replace your own inspection of the signature, sharpness and crop.
Let’s work through your order
Open the correct website
First, let’s check we’re in the right place: Australian residents are directed to WhiteWall’s US website. Choose Fine Art Prints and open the configurator.
Upload your saved artwork
Use the purchased download from your device. Keep the original safely stored.
Choose paper and proportions
Compare the papers and select a suitable standard or custom format. Inspect the complete composition before accepting a crop.
Decide on a border
Add a white border if it helps preserve the artwork or fit your frame. Check both image and overall paper dimensions.
Consider a proof
An optional proof is available for eligible print products. Check its cost and watermark before ordering; a proof is not included automatically.
Review the delivered total
Enter your Australian address. Check the currency, shipping quote, taxes or import charges and expected timing, then review the cart before payment. Do keep an eye on the currency; the dollar sign has more than one passport.
You may use a professional printer or a private one-off print-on-demand order for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private. Decline promotional sharing of the artwork; if a provider requests rights beyond producing your print, check with Robin before uploading. Do not publish it to a shop, resell prints or turn it into merchandise.
