Your seller

Dream Art Gallery is my gallery website; your legal seller is Robin John Custance. I am an Australian sole trader registered for GST. In these terms, “I” and “me” mean Robin John Custance. These terms apply to digital purchases through dreamartgallery.com. Purchases through Etsy or another marketplace follow that marketplace’s applicable checkout terms. Purchasing on this website is currently available to customers in Australia. Please provide accurate billing and location details.

What you are buying

You are buying the selected digital artwork file and the permissions in the digital licence. This is not a physical print or a transfer of copyright. Read the listing, selected pixel dimensions and file format before paying. The original proportions are preserved unless a separate customisation is agreed.

Mockups illustrate possible settings and are not to scale unless expressly stated. The listing must accurately describe the artwork and any material production information.

Prices, discounts and tax

All amounts are Australian dollars and listed prices include 10% Australian GST. GST is part of the displayed price, not an extra 10% added at the end. The cart and secure checkout show the total and GST component before you authorise payment. Your card provider may apply its own charges, which are not charged by the gallery.

Free members receive 12% off eligible digital purchases. Eligible returning customers receive 20% off. Where you qualify for more than one member, returning-customer or code discount, the best eligible discount is applied. Discounts do not stack. A code may have a stated expiry date, minimum spend, use limit or account restriction. Changing a future price or offer does not change an existing paid order.

Checkout and confirmation

A confirmed gallery account is required to buy and receive files. Review your selections, accept these terms and request immediate digital delivery before entering payment details on Stripe’s secure checkout. Do not send card details by email or message.

Your order is accepted when payment is verified and the gallery marks it paid. The gallery checks the payment result with Stripe before enabling downloads. A cancelled or unsuccessful checkout does not provide paid download access. If a payment appears on your statement but your order remains pending or unavailable, contact me so I can reconcile it. I will supply the agreed purchase or provide the remedy required by law.

Downloads and problems

The download information explains delivery, temporary links and included PDFs. The refunds and support policy explains what to do if there is a problem. Keep a copy of your order confirmation, listing and the terms that applied when you purchased.

Customisation and commissions

A suitability check for a different aspect ratio is free. An agreed aspect-ratio adjustment to a purchased artwork is free and begins after full payment; I will keep the signature visible, repositioning it where appropriate. Please ask before buying if a particular frame or shape is essential. We will agree the changes and expected completion time before work begins. Further changes and new artwork commissions need a separate quote, agreed scope, revision arrangements, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Any commission deposit will be agreed before work starts. Sending a request does not itself place a commission or promise a completion date.

Your information and artwork rights

The privacy notice explains the information used to handle your account and order. The digital licence permits personal display and decorative display in your own business premises, but does not permit resale or general commercial reproduction. Rights remain with their respective holders; I grant only rights I own or am entitled to license.

Fair terms

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

There is no blanket exclusion of responsibility for non-delivery, faulty files or loss for which I am legally responsible. South Australian law applies to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections or complaint and court rights available to you elsewhere. Future updates apply to future purchases and will not reduce rights already agreed for a paid purchase.
