Purchasing is currently available to customers in Australia. This shop supplies digital artwork files. Printing, frames and postage are not included. Room mockups help you imagine the artwork in a setting; the furniture and pictured frames are not part of your purchase.
Choose the file size that suits your plans
- Small — A$21: 3,600 pixels on the longest edge; 12 inches at 300 pixels per inch.
- Medium — A$31: 7,200 pixels on the longest edge; 24 inches at 300 pixels per inch.
- Huge — A$42: 14,400 pixels on the longest edge; 48 inches at 300 pixels per inch.
The shorter edge follows the artwork’s proportions. Choosing a larger file does not crop or stretch the composition. The dimensions above describe the file, not a guarantee of a particular printer’s output. The listing identifies the supplied format and any included versions. Prices are in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. The price shown for your selection at checkout is the price you agree to pay.
How to receive your artwork
Create a free gallery account, confirm its email address and sign in before paying. After payment is verified, your order appears in My downloads. A confirmation email directs you back to your account. You can use the account page even if the email is delayed or goes to your spam folder.
Your order includes the selected artwork file, a certificate of authenticity PDF for each artwork and a thank-you PDF. The PDFs are prepared after payment and may appear a little later than the artwork. Any returning-customer offer is described in the thank-you PDF. The certificate records the purchased digital artwork; it does not make the purchase an exclusive edition or transfer copyright.
Private links, with a fresh link when needed
Download buttons create private links valid for 15 minutes and tied to your signed-in account and eligible paid order. If a link expires, return to My downloads to request another. Link expiry does not make an already downloaded artwork file stop working or end your licence. A fully refunded purchase no longer has active download access. Contact me if only part of your order has been refunded and you need help with the remaining artwork.
Save your files somewhere you can find them and keep a personal backup. The gallery is not a replacement for your own file backup. If a file is missing, will not open, or a download does not finish, contact Robin with your order reference and the message you see. I will investigate and provide a working file or another remedy where required.
Before you print
Check the file size and artwork proportions with your printer. Ask me about a different aspect ratio before purchasing if your frame needs one; I can check suitability free of charge. An agreed aspect-ratio adjustment to a purchased artwork is also free and begins after full payment. I will preserve the signature or reposition it on the agreed version, and confirm the scope and expected timing before starting. A standard download order does not book a new commission.
Physical prints and hand-signed printed certificates are planned separately. They are not available through this digital checkout.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
