Refunds and support

Let’s put
things right.

Updated 12 October 2026 · Digital artwork purchases · Australia

If your artwork file is wrong, corrupt, inaccessible or materially different from its description, please contact Robin. Include your order reference or other proof of purchase and explain what happened. An error message or screenshot can help, but is not a condition of your legal rights.

Your consumer rights

Australian consumer guarantees apply where the law provides them. For a major problem with a product, you can choose a refund or replacement, or keep it and seek compensation for the reduced value. Other reasonably foreseeable loss may also be recoverable. For a minor problem, I can provide an appropriate free remedy within a reasonable time; further rights arise if it is not resolved.

I handle problems with purchases from this website. You do not need to resolve a claim with a file-storage or payment provider first. Please report problems promptly so I can help; this is not a deadline that ends your statutory rights.

If you change your mind

The gallery does not offer a change-of-mind refund after a correctly supplied file has been accessed, except where the law requires one. If you contact me before accessing it, I will review your request; please do not assume cancellation is confirmed until I reply. This policy does not limit remedies for a faulty or misdescribed file.

Colour and printing

Screens, inks, papers and printers reproduce colour differently. Reasonable variation can occur, but the artwork must still match its description. A separate printer’s service is its responsibility; I remain responsible for the file I supply and will help establish whether the file is at fault.

Refund payments

Refunds are made through the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. I will confirm when a refund is issued; the payment provider determines when it appears in your account.

Where these terms apply

The checkout currently accepts Australian customers. If any mandatory cancellation or other consumer rights apply to your purchase, those rights take priority. Accepting the terms or requesting immediate delivery does not remove your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered artwork.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
