I am Robin John Custance, ABN 77 305 956 832. Contact robin@dreamartgallery.com, robincustance@gmail.com or +61 417 388 189 about your information. My business address is 44 Reid’s Road, Dernancourt, South Australia 5075, Australia.
Information used by the gallery
- Account: your name, email, account identifier, confirmation status and sign-in records. The account provider handles passwords and authentication.
- Orders: your account and email, artworks and selected sizes, prices, discounts, payment references and status, tax amount and billing country, terms version and acceptance time, your immediate-delivery request and its time, and delivery records. Stripe collects billing details and payment-card information. The gallery keeps the payment references and relevant tax and location information, rather than a copy of your payment-card number.
- Saved choices: separate likes and favourites, and your choice about update emails. Signed-in choices are saved to your account.
- Messages and reviews: the name, email, message, artwork or order references and other details you submit, plus replies and review-publication permission. Signed-in conversations are associated with the account that submitted them. Guest messages are not automatically added to a later account simply because the email matches.
- Service records: email delivery status, security and request records, download errors, and records needed to investigate faults or misuse. Hosting and payment providers also process connection and device information to operate their services.
This information is used to provide accounts and purchases, deliver files and service emails, answer enquiries, handle reviews and problems, keep required business records, and protect the gallery. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in messages.
Payments and service providers
Stripe collects payment and billing information on its checkout and handles payment processing, fraud checks and tax calculation. The gallery receives the limited payment and tax information needed to confirm and support your order.
Netlify hosts the site, account service, private gallery records and file backups. Google Drive stores private artwork files used by the delivery service; customers receive files through the gallery rather than a public Drive sharing link. Resend sends website service emails and reports delivery results. Google/Gmail handles correspondence sent to the contact email. Relevant records may also be held in the owner’s private backups.
Printing help and optional AI
A printing-help request records the service, artwork references, selected technical settings and the details you provide. Robin receives the written support summary by email; the private gallery inbox holds the conversation. Optional PNG, JPEG and WebP screenshots are checked, reduced and rebuilt without metadata. Keep addresses, payment details and passwords out of them. Access is limited to the submitting account and gallery owner, expires after 90 days, and scheduled cleanup removes expired image files. Written support and attachment audit records may remain for resolving enquiries and required business records.
If the optional AI printing assistant is available and you choose it, selected technical options and dimensions are sent to OpenAI with our printing guidance. Names, email addresses, order references, written notes and screenshots are not sent. We request that response storage is disabled; OpenAI may still retain data under its abuse-monitoring and other applicable policies. See OpenAI’s API data controls. You can use human support without AI. AI suggestions are not a verified diagnosis or a promise of printing results.
Records are handled in Australia and may be processed or stored overseas, including in the United States. Provider support and subprocessors can operate in other countries; storage is not restricted to Australia. Their published details explain these arrangements: Netlify, Stripe, Google and Resend’s subprocessors. Providers receive information needed for their service, and their own policies also apply to information they collect directly.
Browser storage and a room photo
Browser storage remembers your cart, theme, thumbnail preference and signed-out likes or favourites. Cart entries older than 30 days are ignored. This does not automatically erase the old entry. Sign-in uses authentication storage and cookies. You can clear site data in your browser, but this may sign you out or remove unsynchronised choices; it does not delete server-side order records.
A photo selected in the room-preview tool is processed in your browser and is not uploaded by that tool. An image you export remains where you save it.
Updates, reviews and reporting
A purchase does not automatically opt you into marketing. Your update-email choice is separate and can be changed in your account or by contacting me. Essential account, order and support messages are separate from that choice.
Submitting a review for publication requires permission. Approved reviews display the supplied reviewer name, rating, review text and date; use a name you are comfortable making public. Where shown, a verified-purchase label is checked against an eligible paid gallery order. Review publication is moderated.
The gallery’s internal reporting summarises its own orders, enquiries, catalogue and reviews. It is separate from Google Analytics. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics on an eligible public page. It measures page visits and connection/device information; advertising signals and automatic interaction collection are disabled. Pages with query strings or fragments, and account, checkout, message and download pages, are excluded. Your analytics choice and optional analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Change your choice through Analytics choices in the footer of an eligible public page; declining does not prevent browsing or buying. Account, payment, download and security records needed to run the service are separate from that choice. Names, email addresses, messages and private download links are not intended for visitor analytics.
Keeping and accessing records
Account information and paid-order entitlements are kept while needed to run your account and provide the purchases you retain. Tax and transaction records are generally kept for at least five years, and longer where another legal requirement or an unresolved matter requires it. Enquiries, unpublished reviews, delivery logs and backups are reviewed for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed for support, security or legal purposes. Retention and deletion are managed manually; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Account closure does not erase records I must keep by law, and removal from backups may take longer than removal from the active service.
Contact me to request access, correction, account closure or deletion. I may need reasonable evidence of identity. Some records must be kept for legal obligations or unresolved transactions; I will explain any relevant limit. Private records and downloads use account access checks, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy questions or complaints
Email me with the concern and the outcome you would like. I will investigate and respond, explaining any delay. Where your complaint falls within its jurisdiction, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Any additional rights that apply to you remain available.
