The standard licence lets you print your purchased artwork for personal use and for decoration within premises your own business operates. It does not permit resale. The licence is non-exclusive, has no ongoing licence fee or expiry date, and belongs to the identified buyer. Copyright is not transferred and other customers may purchase the same artwork.
Your chosen file
Your purchase supplies the size you selected: Small has a 3,600-pixel longest edge, Medium 7,200 pixels and Huge a 14,400-pixel longest edge. The shorter edge follows the artwork’s proportions. Check the listing for format and included versions. Purchasing one size does not include other sizes unless expressly stated.
You may
- Print the artwork for your home and other spaces you personally occupy.
- Print it as decoration in premises your own business operates, including an office, café, reception area or treatment room.
- Make more than one print for those permitted spaces and keep personal backup copies.
- Give the file to a professional printer, including through a private one-off print-on-demand order, solely to produce your permitted display prints. Ask the printer not to reuse it or keep it beyond what is needed for the job or legal obligations.
- Share photographs of the artwork installed in your permitted space, including on your business website or social media, where it remains part of the setting rather than a standalone artwork image.
Please obtain separate permission before
- Selling prints or files, sublicensing, redistributing or publicly uploading the file.
- Using the artwork for merchandise, packaging, logos, advertising designs or stock libraries, or publishing it as a product in a print-on-demand shop or other sales catalogue.
- Giving files or prints to another person or business for its own use, including gifts, client fit-outs or separate franchisees.
- Removing the signature, misrepresenting authorship or making another design for distribution or sale.
- Using the supplied file to train an AI system or create a tokenised artwork/NFT for sale or distribution.
Keep the composition together
You may resize proportionately and use ordinary colour management for printing. Keep the full composition and signature intact. If your frame requires cropping or stretching, contact Robin first to discuss a suitable version.
This licence grants only rights I own or can lawfully license in the supplied artwork. It grants no separate rights over cultural knowledge, symbols or other material beyond those rights.
