A few things I’d check first
The file guide requests JPEG or flattened TIFF, 8-bit colour and 300 pixels per inch. Check its current colour-profile guidance with the lab; ask me for an appropriate copy if the supplied file needs conversion.
Let’s work through your order
Use the personal-order portal
Let’s use the personal-order route: from theprintspace’s ordering guide, open order.creativehub.io and create or sign into your personal ordering account.
Upload your artwork
Add the actual downloaded file. Follow the current preparation requirements and let the upload complete.
Choose paper and size
Select the print dimensions, paper and borders. Add mounting or framing only after confirming that the product can ship to your address.
Check the image area
Keep the complete composition and signature visible. Confirm the finished paper dimensions against your frame; the border changes the relationship between paper and image size.
Compare the delivered total
Enter Australia and your address. Check the currency, shipping quote and whether any duties, taxes or carrier charges remain payable separately. The artwork can cross an ocean; I’d rather your budget didn’t follow it overboard.
Approve and retain the record
Pay only when the specification and delivery cost suit you. Save the order confirmation and use the printer’s account for production or shipment questions.
You may use a professional printer or a private one-off print-on-demand order for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private. Decline promotional sharing of the artwork; if a provider requests rights beyond producing your print, check with Robin before uploading. Do not publish it to a shop, resell prints or turn it into merchandise.
