A few things I’d check first
The website recommends its web ordering option. Its detailed published walkthrough covers the optional desktop app; the guide below identifies that route so its buttons are not confused with the web interface.
Let’s work through your order
Choose your ordering route
Let’s open RGB Digital; use its online ordering link if you prefer a browser. If you want to follow the documented desktop steps below, download RGB Digital Direct from the official site.
Add the file in Digital Direct
Open the desktop app, choose Add images and select the folder containing your purchased artwork file.
Choose the print product
Use the product menu to select the paper and size. Check both dimensions and decide whether a border is needed to preserve the artwork.
Place the image into the layout
Drag the artwork into the product template. Inspect the crop and visible signature before adding it to the order.
Review and send the order
Check the cart and follow checkout. Keep the application open and the connection active until uploading finishes.
Check for confirmation
Look for the laboratory’s confirmation email. If it does not arrive, contact RGB Digital rather than submitting the same order repeatedly. One lovely print needn’t become an accidental exhibition.
You may use a professional printer or a private one-off print-on-demand order for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private. Decline promotional sharing of the artwork; if a provider requests rights beyond producing your print, check with Robin before uploading. Do not publish it to a shop, resell prints or turn it into merchandise.
Official instructions
