A few things I’d check first
Have your purchased file, intended print dimensions and delivery postcode ready. A gallery preview or room mockup is not the print file. Start with a small proof before committing to a large or expensive print.
Let’s work through your order
Choose your poster and provider
Compare poster sizes, paper and the particular print provider. The choices and delivery options can differ between providers.
Create a private design
Upload the purchased artwork in the Product Creator and save the product privately. You do not need to publish it to a shop.
Begin a manual order
In My Products, choose Create order, then Manual. Add your saved poster design to the order.
Check the whole image
Inspect all four edges and the signature. Use a suitable ratio or border; confirm the image area and finished paper size.
Review the delivery and total
Enter the shipping details, choose a delivery method and review the complete price. Submit only when you are happy with the specification, then retain the confirmation.
Use your gallery download for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private; do not publish a shop listing, resell prints or turn it into merchandise. Ask Robin if the upload terms request rights beyond making your private print.
