A few things I’d check first
The current custom-print upload form states a 256 MB limit and a maximum of 10,000 pixels on either edge. A 14,400-pixel Huge file exceeds that dimension limit. Ask me or the printer for a correctly prepared copy instead of uploading a screenshot or reducing it at random.
Let’s work through your order
Choose a paper category
Let’s compare Fine Art Giclée with Wall Art & Photo papers. Open the desired paper or Custom Size Prints product.
Set dimensions carefully
Enter the requested width and height in millimetres for a custom size. Check the product’s minimum and maximum dimensions and whether extra border paper changes the overall size. I’d check those zeros once more; an extra one makes for a surprisingly ambitious redecorating plan.
Prepare a compatible file
Read the current upload limits and print-ready guidance. Keep the original download untouched and use an approved copy if resizing or format conversion is needed.
Upload and check the details
Select the file and quantity. Only acknowledge that it is print-ready once resolution, proportions and print settings are correct. Add to cart and let the upload finish.
Add a helpful production note
Ask to retain the full composition and visible signature. Agree any uncertainty about borders or cropping before the order enters production.
Review and submit
Choose delivery or collection where offered. Verify the paper, dimensions, file, quantity and total, then keep the order confirmation.
You may use a professional printer or a private one-off print-on-demand order for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private. Decline promotional sharing of the artwork; if a provider requests rights beyond producing your print, check with Robin before uploading. Do not publish it to a shop, resell prints or turn it into merchandise.
