If you like the details written down clearly, I’ll take you through this Sydney laboratory’s order form for paper, dimensions, trimming and file preparation.

A few things I’d check first
The lab requests 300 ppi, Adobe RGB (1998), flattened 8-bit JPEG or TIFF at the intended size. Ask me for a prepared copy if needed; changing a profile label is not a colour conversion.
Let’s work through your order
Choose your paper
Let’s begin with the fine-art paper options and preparation guide. Decide the image dimensions and any border.
Enter customer details
Open Order Now and provide your contact information. Choose pickup or delivery to your own address.
Keep promotional permission off
Select No when asked whether the lab may use production photos on social media. Your gallery licence permits private printing, not promotional reuse of the artwork.
Describe the print
Use Add Detail for the filename, paper, size in inches and quantity. A quick check of the units saves inches and centimetres from having a quiet disagreement. Choose trimming or a handling border. If file readiness is uncertain, say so and confirm any preparation charge.
Supply the file
Follow the form’s current upload or Hightail instructions. Send a saved copy of the purchased file, not your expiring gallery download link.
Confirm cost before production
Check the current minimum order, delivery and any labour adjustment. Keep the reference and agreed specification after payment.
You may use a professional printer or a private one-off print-on-demand order for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private. Decline promotional sharing of the artwork; if a provider requests rights beyond producing your print, check with Robin before uploading. Do not publish it to a shop, resell prints or turn it into merchandise.
