A few things I’d check first

Have the purchased artwork file, intended print dimensions and delivery postcode ready. A gallery preview or room mockup is not the print file. For a large or costly print, begin with a small proof.

Let’s work through your order

  1. Start with a free account

Create or sign into your Gelato account. The free plan supports ordering; paid plans are optional. You pay for the product and delivery.

  2. Create an individual order

In the dashboard, choose New Order, then Add Product and Single Product. An online shop connection is not required for this manual route.

  3. Choose the wall-art product

Compare posters, framed prints or canvas. Check the offered paper, dimensions and orientation before opening the editor. Measure your frame’s visible opening first.

  4. Upload and inspect the artwork

Choose Start designing and upload your purchased image. Review all four edges and keep the signature visible. Use a matching ratio or an appropriate border; ask Robin for help if the template crops the artwork. For canvas, keep important details on the front rather than the wrapped sides.

  5. Check delivery and the full price

Set the quantity, enter your Australian delivery address and calculate shipping. Review the delivery estimate, currency and complete total before payment. Catalogue availability and production location can vary by product.

  6. Review and retain the order

Check the final preview and specification, then pay Gelato only when you are satisfied. Keep the order number and use its dashboard to follow production and delivery.

Use your Dream Art Gallery download only for display allowed by your digital licence. Keep the file private; do not publish a product listing, resell prints or turn it into merchandise. Ask for help if the upload terms request rights beyond producing your private print.
