Let’s take it step by step
- Start on the homepage and select Wander the gallery or Artworks. If the large welcome logo appears, let it fade or click, tap or press a key to skip it. On a smaller screen, open the navigation menu to find Artworks.
- Browse the gallery or use Search the full gallery and Find artwork. Collections and Filters can narrow the choice. Select an artwork image or title to open its own page.
- Read the artwork description and download details. This purchase is a digital artwork file: a physical print, frame and delivery by post are not included. Room mockups show possibilities, not items in the order.
- Click the main artwork image to look closely in the carousel, then use Close × to return. If a particular frame or print size matters, check the size and aspect-ratio guides or ask me before paying. Better a small question now than an ambitious crop later.
- Before choosing a download size, open My account near the bottom of the page. Sign in if you already have an account. Otherwise find Join the gallery circle, enter your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters, read the terms and privacy notice, tick the agreement and select Create my free account.
- For a new account, open the confirmation email and follow its link. Check spam or junk if needed, then return to My account and sign in if asked. Look for Your account dashboard before continuing. If membership is not open, follow the page message and contact me for help.
- Select Artworks and reopen the piece you chose. In Digital download size, choose Small, Medium or Huge. The current listed prices are Small A$21, Medium A$31 and Huge A$42, including Australian GST before eligible discounts. Check the price beside your chosen option; the sizing preview further down the page does not choose what you buy.
- Select Add to cart, wait for Added to your cart, then select View cart. You can keep browsing and add other artworks before paying. Buying one size gives you that size, not all three. Keep using this browser: your account saves purchases, but the unpurchased cart stays in the browser where you made it.
- Check each artwork and size in the cart. Use Remove for anything you do not want. To change a size, reopen the artwork and add it again with the new size; it replaces the earlier choice. Select Continue to checkout when the list is right.
- Review the selections at checkout and choose Australia as your billing country only if that is your actual billing country. Add a discount code if you have one. Eligible member and returning-customer discounts are checked automatically, and the best single offer applies.
- Read the purchase terms, then tick the agreement and the separate request to receive the digital artwork as soon as payment is confirmed, if you agree. Select Continue to secure payment.
- On Stripe, check the artwork selections, final Australian-dollar total and included GST before paying. Any eligible discount is already included in the artwork price shown; a separate discount row may not appear. Enter your real billing address and payment details there, choose an offered payment method and follow any bank verification. Only authorise the payment when you are happy with the total.
- Return to the gallery and open My purchases & downloads from My account. Look for Ready to download. If the order is still waiting or being checked, select Check order status. Do not pay again just because an email or download has not appeared; ask me with the order reference if it remains unresolved.
- On the ready order, select Download artwork. Keep the page open while your verified download is prepared, then check your browser’s Downloads folder or chosen save location. Open the downloaded JPG and keep a backup; saving the website preview is not the same as downloading your purchased file.
- Save the Certificate for each artwork and the order’s Thank-you PDF as well. If those buttons are not ready, the page will say the PDFs are being prepared; check the order status again shortly. Look for the confirmation email in your inbox or junk folder, but use your account directly if email is delayed.
- When you are ready to print, open Printing guide and choose home printing or one of the independent services. Follow its guide using the purchased JPG, not a screenshot or certificate. Ask for printing help if a setting or result looks wrong—we can work through it together.
What to expect
After payment is confirmed, your order appears in your account with the purchased artwork and its accompanying PDFs as they become ready. You can return to that account for downloads and support.
A few things to know
- A launching-soon page, paused checkout or labelled sandbox is not an open live shop. These instructions describe the purchase journey when the relevant services are available; test purchases do not take real payment.
- If the artwork page offers Sign in & check download options, that shortcut opens checkout for the artwork. Select Sign in to continue if prompted, sign in with a confirmed account, then use Continue to checkout when shown. Check Your order carefully: this shortcut starts with the first available size, currently Small. To change it at checkout, open Add another artwork, choose that same artwork and your Download size, then select Add selection to replace the size.
- Purchasing opens in Australia first and Stripe checks the Australian billing address. If you live elsewhere, contact me rather than entering an incorrect country.
- The Preferred digital size preview and gallery thumbnail sizes do not set your purchase. Use Digital download size in the purchase controls. Small, Medium and Huge contain 3,600, 7,200 and 14,400 pixels on the longest edge respectively.
- The current member offer is 12%, and eligible returning customers receive 20%. Discounts do not stack; Stripe shows the final discounted total and included GST before payment. A bank authorisation alone does not confirm a paid order.
- JavaScript and browser storage are needed for the cart. Use the same browser after email confirmation; a different device will not show your unpurchased selections.
- Private download links expire after 15 minutes. Request a fresh download from your account if needed; a file already saved to your device does not expire. Never share your password, payment-card details or private download links in a support message.
