If a payment is cancelled, declined or still waiting

Let’s take it step by step

If you cancelled on Stripe, return to checkout and review the selections that remain in your cart.
If Stripe declined the payment, follow its message and check the payment details or use another offered method.
If you might have paid already, open My purchases & downloads and select Check order status before starting another purchase.
If the order still says Waiting for payment, Payment received / checking, or Payment under review, contact me with the order reference and the message you see.
Keep payment-card numbers, passwords and security codes out of the enquiry.

You can distinguish a cancelled checkout from a payment that needs reconciliation, without guessing from a bank notification.

Do not keep buying the same artwork to force a download to appear.
