Let’s take it step by step
- Check your artworks, sizes and any discount code. Choose your billing country.
- Read the purchase terms. Tick the terms agreement and the separate request for immediate digital delivery if you agree.
- Select Continue to secure payment to open Stripe’s checkout.
- Check the final AUD total, included GST and available payment options. Enter your payment and billing details on Stripe, then authorise the purchase.
- Return to the gallery and open My purchases & downloads. Wait for the gallery to confirm the order as paid before downloading.
What to expect
A verified paid order appears in your account with its artwork downloads and accompanying documents as they become ready.
A few things to know
- Purchasing may be paused while an artwork or service needs attention. A preview or sandbox checkout is clearly labelled and is not a real sale.
- A bank authorisation or a return to the website does not by itself prove the order is paid.
- An order under review will not release downloads until it is resolved.
