Let’s take it step by step
- Sign in to the same account used for the gallery purchase.
- Open the paid order in My downloads and select Share a review, or follow a review-invitation email. These links carry the order reference for you.
- Choose the name you are comfortable displaying publicly, a rating from one to five and your honest comments.
- Read and tick the permission to publish your review, then use Send to Robin to submit it through the website.
- Wait for the saved confirmation. Approved reviews appear on the Reviews page after moderation.
What to expect
Your review is submitted for moderation. A verified-purchase label is used only when the gallery can match an eligible purchase.
A few things to know
- Review invitations are optional and are sent when I choose to invite a review, not on a promised automatic timetable.
- All ratings are welcome. A discount is not conditional on a favourable review.
- For an Etsy purchase, leave the Etsy review through that order on Etsy. Prepare my email only drafts a message if you choose the email route.
