Let’s take it step by step
- Sign in to the account that submitted the enquiry and open My messages with Robin.
- Select Check for replies to refresh the conversations.
- Find the relevant conversation and read the messages labelled Robin and You.
- Write in Your reply, then select Send reply.
- Wait for Reply saved for Robin before leaving. Return to the same page for the next reply.
What to expect
Your reply becomes part of the private conversation with its original artwork or order context.
A few things to know
- Send or clear an unfinished draft before refreshing; the page protects it from being replaced.
- Email notifications can alert you when available, but the private messages page is where to check the conversation.
- Earlier guest enquiries cannot be claimed by entering a matching email address.
