Questions & support

Ask for a refund or help with a faulty file

If something is wrong with the file I supplied, please tell me so I can put it right.

Let’s take it step by step

  1. Read Refunds and support, then open your order in My downloads.
  2. Select Ask about this order, or contact me with the order reference or other proof of purchase.
  3. Explain what went wrong and the outcome you are seeking. An error message can help, but a screenshot is not a condition of your legal rights.
  4. Keep the conversation until the remedy or refund is confirmed. Refunds normally return through the original payment method.
  5. After a full refund, the order no longer provides active download access. Contact me about any artwork remaining after a partial refund.

What to expect

I can investigate and discuss the appropriate remedy for the problem.

A few things to know

  • There is no automatic self-service refund button.
  • Change-of-mind requests after a correctly supplied file has been accessed are different from rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered artwork.
  • Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not removed by requesting immediate digital delivery. The payment provider controls refund arrival timing.
