Questions & support

Send a question about one or several artworks

The artwork references travel with your question, so neither of us has to guess which sunset you mean.

Let’s take it step by step

  1. Sign in first if you would like the conversation to appear in My messages.
  2. For one artwork, select Ask about this artwork on its page. For several, open My favourites and select Ask about my favourites, or choose the artworks in the contact form.
  3. In the contact form, use Find an artwork by title or number, or browse the thumbnail strip. Previous and Next show another group; scroll sideways to see more thumbnails within a group. Tick the artworks you want to discuss.
  4. Check Selected artworks below the thumbnails. Your choices stay selected when you search or change groups. Use Remove beside a selection or Clear selected to start again; choose up to 30 artworks per enquiry, or leave the list empty for a general question.
  5. Choose the reason for your enquiry and add dimensions or an order reference where useful. Write your message.
  6. To send through the website, complete the name and email details, give permission to use them for the reply, then select Send to Robin.
  7. Wait for the saved confirmation. If you were signed in, use Open my messages to follow the conversation.

What to expect

A saved website enquiry includes the selected artwork references and any order details you supplied.

A few things to know

  • Selecting Prepare my email is a different route: it only makes a draft and does not send the website enquiry.
  • A guest enquiry is not automatically attached to an account created later with the same email; follow up by email.
  • Please do not include passwords, card details or private download links.
