Let’s take it step by step
- Open your paid order in My purchases & downloads.
- Select Certificate beside each artwork to save its certificate of authenticity PDF.
- Select Thank-you PDF to save the accompanying thank-you document and read any returning-customer offer.
- If the page says the PDFs are being prepared, leave a little time and select Check order status.
- Save the PDFs with your artwork and order receipt so they are easy to find later.
What to expect
You have the artwork’s certificate and the order’s thank-you document once their preparation is complete.
A few things to know
- PDFs may appear after the artwork file. If preparation stays unresolved, contact me with the order reference.
- The certificate records the digital artwork purchase; it does not transfer copyright or make the artwork an exclusive edition.
- The certificate and thank-you PDF are not the high-resolution image to send to a printer.
