Let’s take it step by step
- Sign in to the same gallery account you used for the purchase, then open My purchases & downloads.
- Find your order and check that it is ready to download. Select Check order status if it is still updating.
- Select Download artwork beside the piece you want. Keep the page open while it prepares the verified download.
- Allow your browser to save the file, then check its Downloads folder or the location you selected.
- Open the saved image to check it, and keep a personal backup somewhere separate from your everyday working copy.
What to expect
Your browser receives the purchased artwork file through the gallery download service.
A few things to know
- You do not need a Google Drive account or a public Drive sharing link.
- Private download links last 15 minutes. Return to My downloads for a fresh link if one expires; this does not make a file you already saved stop working.
- Large files can take longer on a slow connection. A download-request message is not proof that the file has finished saving.
