Let’s take it step by step
- Fill in the printing service, problem and technical options you know.
- If the optional assistant appears, read its information note and tick the separate consent if you want to use it.
- Select Suggest printing checks, then review the suggestions before changing your printer settings.
- If the suggestions solve the issue, select That helped — no message needed. Otherwise send your written printing request to me using the separate send button.
- If you change the technical details, request fresh suggestions rather than relying on advice for the earlier settings.
What to expect
You receive suggested checks for the selected technical settings; a request reaches me only when you separately send it.
A few things to know
- You can use human support without the assistant.
- Names, email addresses, order references, written notes and screenshots are not sent to the assistant; selected technical settings and dimensions are.
- AI can be wrong and cannot inspect a physical print or promise the result. The assistant may not be enabled.
