Let’s take it step by step
- Open My account, enter your email and password, then select Sign in.
- If you came from checkout, downloads or a private conversation, use the return link shown after signing in.
- Use My purchases & downloads, My messages with Robin or My favourites and likes from your account.
- On a shared computer, return to My account and select Sign out when you have finished.
What to expect
Your private account areas become available to your signed-in account.
A few things to know
- An account with an unconfirmed email must complete confirmation first.
- Using a different email account will not show another account’s purchases or messages.
