Let’s take it step by step
- Open My account. If you see your account dashboard, you are already signed in: select Sign out at the bottom first. Then enter your email under Forgotten your password? and select Send a reset link.
- Open the reset email, follow its link and enter a new password of at least 12 characters under Choose your password.
- Select Save password, then sign in if requested.
- If I sent you a gallery invitation, open that invitation and use Choose your password to finish joining.
- If a link has expired or already been used, try ordinary sign-in first. Request a fresh reset link for password recovery, or contact me for a replacement invitation.
What to expect
A valid link lets you set your password and continue to the account.
A few things to know
- The reset request uses a general confirmation message; it does not disclose whether someone else has an account.
- Confirmation, invitation and reset links are different. Do not share their full addresses or screenshots containing them.
- There is no dedicated resend-confirmation button in the current account page; contact me if confirmation is stuck.
