Manage optional analytics and ask about your information

Let’s take it step by step

If the public gallery asks about analytics, choose Allow analytics or Decline analytics. Either choice lets you continue browsing.
To change that choice later, use Analytics choices in the footer of an eligible public page.
To change artwork-news emails, open My account, update the separate email preference and save it.
For access to your information, a correction, account closure or deletion request, contact me and explain what you need.
If using a shared device, sign out afterwards. Be aware that clearing browser data can also remove your local cart and unsynchronised favourites.

Your optional choices are separate from the account, order and security records needed to run the gallery.

Analytics controls appear only where that optional service is enabled, and private account, checkout, message and download pages are excluded.
Account closure and record deletion are handled by request; there is no self-service delete-account button.
Some business and tax records must be retained. Removing local browser data does not delete server-side orders.
