Printing your art

Add private screenshots to a printing request

A small picture of the problem can save a great deal of guesswork.

Let’s take it step by step

  1. Send the written printing request first, or open that existing printing conversation in My messages.
  2. Crop your screenshot or photo to the printing problem. Remove addresses, names you do not need to share, passwords and payment details.
  3. Under Private screenshots and photos, select Add a screenshot or photo and choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP file.
  4. Select Upload image and wait for Image saved in this private support case.
  5. Use View image to check the saved support image. You can add up to three images to the case.

What to expect

The saved images can be viewed by your account and the gallery owner inside that printing case.

A few things to know

  • Each upload must be no larger than 4 MB and 20 megapixels. PDFs, SVGs, ZIPs and full artwork files are not accepted.
  • Images are reduced and rebuilt with metadata removed. This is a support copy, not an archive of the original image.
  • Image access expires after 90 days. Screenshots are not sent to the optional AI assistant.
  • If uploads are unavailable or a limit is reached, the written request remains usable. There is no customer delete-image button at present; contact me if an image needs removal.
