Let’s take it step by step

- Choose the printing service or At home, and identify the artwork and download size. Add your gallery order reference if you have it.
- Choose the main problem, write your question and copy any exact error message. Include advice you have already received from the printer.
- Add useful technical details such as intended print dimensions and units, paper, printer, application or cropping settings. Leave unknown items unset.
- Review the information-use consent, then select Send printing request to Robin.
- Wait for the saved confirmation and keep the case reference. Use the link to My messages to read or continue the conversation.
What to expect
Your written printing request is saved as a private conversation with its artwork and order references.
A few things to know
- For a printer’s production, delivery or damage problem, contact that printer first; I can help investigate the artwork file.
- A deadline is useful context but does not promise an immediate response. A queued notification is not a delivery receipt.
- If saving fails, contact robin@dreamartgallery.com with the same useful details.
