Teal Ochre Tree Dreamscape

A dark spreading tree leans across a field that shifts from burnt orange and rust into deep teal and blue-green, with a pale circular glow held near the branches. Fine dots and layered marks move through both halves, giving the scene a feeling of weather, distance and changing light. What interested me most was the meeting point between warm earth colour and cool evening tones. I used the tree as a quiet bridge between them and left the glowing orb open to interpretation rather than naming it too firmly. The dot-style detail is part of my contemporary Aboriginal-inspired visual practice and is used as a personal compositional choice for texture and rhythm.
