- Choose a preset ratio, or enter your own width and height using the same unit for both.
- First look at the complete-image preview. Empty space means the artwork and frame have different proportions.
- If useful, tick Show a centred crop preview to see what a simple crop would remove. Read the fit message.
- Select Ask about a free customisation to carry the artwork and dimensions into an enquiry. If a particular fit is essential, ask before purchasing.
- We will agree what can be changed and the expected timing. An agreed aspect-ratio adjustment is free after full payment, with the signature kept visible or repositioned.
What to expect
The preview helps identify a fit problem, and the enquiry carries your selected artwork and requested proportions.
A few things to know
- The checker does not create a new customer file or automatically move the signature.
- A preview is not approval of every possible crop or a promised turnaround time.
- New artwork or additional changes can need a separate commission quote.
