G’day, I’m Robin. If you need a hand choosing an artwork, downloading a purchase or finding the right proportions, I’m happy to help.
For an order, include your order reference, artwork name and a short explanation. Please keep passwords and payment-card details out of your message. There are no fixed response hours promised.
You can ask about individual artworks or send your favourites together. Signed-in enquiries and replies appear in My messages; service emails let you know when a reply is ready. If you submit as a guest, use email for follow-up. My main address is robin@dreamartgallery.com; robincustance@gmail.com is an alternative if needed. For an Etsy purchase, use the message thread attached to that Etsy order.
Purchasing currently serves Australian customers and supplies digital files. For a different aspect ratio or a new commission, ask first so we can agree the scope and arrangements. Signed physical prints will be offered separately when ready.
