Slender trees rise from ribbons of blue, white, rust and yellow, their fine branches breaking into showers of colour. This piece grew from a simple idea: let a group of trees carry the colour while the hills stay broad and uncluttered. I kept the trunks fine and dark so they could hold their shape against the softer landscape, then allowed the canopies to loosen into clusters of light and colour. What kept me working on it was the sense of movement along the ground. Blue, cream, violet, rust and gold form low bands that feel almost like weather passing through the hills, while the tree tops echo that colour above. The treatment is intentionally contemporary and digital, with layered marks rather than a claim to a physical painted medium. I kept refining the balance until the scene felt bright without becoming noisy—a small patch of breathing room with enough colour to earn its place on the wall.
